Festival Overhaul
Abstract:
We recently collaborated with an annual festival in California, a decade-old event with ambitions to significantly expand its scale and reach for 2024.
Referred to Roundhouse, they sought a fresh, aggressive advertising strategy to unveil their event. Leveraging our extensive experience in event promotions, we devised a plan to emphasize the event’s unique features leading up to ticket sales. This innovative strategy marked a significant departure from the client’s traditional promotional methods.
The Results:
Initially apprehensive about this radical change, the client wholeheartedly embraced our approach. The results? A record-breaking ROAS of 17.82 during the month-long announcement and ticket sale phase. Not only did this strategy yield unprecedented returns, but it also led to the most successful ticket sales day in the company’s history – surpassing previous records by three times.
