International Clothing Retailer
A well-known but niche clothing retailer aimed to begin operations in the United Kingdom market. Roundhouse was tasked with developing a low-budget but sustainable organic SEO presence in the new market.
Before the brand launch, Roundhouse developed a joint strategy with the client that would allow them to fully capitalize on their brand strength with their initial marketing push. We developed a scalable model for their product listings that would eventually be passed on to the client’s internal team that would be created at an undetermined time post-launch. We developed a method to synergize their SEO campaign with a PR and Media campaign that would introduce the brand to the market. Our actions were undertaken with the knowledge that we would be effectively designing systems that would be handed off to the in-house team.
Roundhouse was able to reliably grow organic traffic and as a result organic sales despite the client’s very limited budget constraints. We were able to demonstrate month-over-month growth as well as gather data that helped the client further develop their marketing strategy for this new territory. Despite the slow nature of SEO we were able to demonstrate a positive ROI in a rapid manner for the client. Furthermore, the systems and processes we developed for the client were handed off to the new in-house team and are still in use to date.
