Abstract:

A Collectible Currency and Precious Metals Seller approached Roundhouse Consulting due to their dissatisfaction with their previous agency’s performance. The previous agency had redesigned the client’s website and had failed to launch it properly. Furthermore, their marketing strategies had failed to deliver material results or a positive ROI.

Strategies:

Roundhouse formed a ground-up marketing and web strategy to reenvision the client’s entire online presence. We quickly corrected the technical and structural issues remaining from the failed web launch. Blogging was a historically successful marketing strategy for the client so we re-tooled the clunky blog structure to put it in line with best practices. We then formed a consistent content and measurement strategy to continue driving organic non-product search terms growth. We additionally developed a multi-month plan to overhaul copy site-wide to ensure that evergreen and static content was competitive and engaging.

The Skinny:

The client’s web presence recovered and prospered under our organic strategy. We saw an average increase in organic traffic of 100+% but often saw a 3x increase in organic performance. By aligning the client’s business goals and understanding their margins and business needs we were able to put their desired products in front of consumers. This led to an 84% increase in overall online direct revenue.
